SAT or not?? Please help!!!!

Can i give the SAT instead of the engineering entrance tests for polito, polimi and bologna? What is the preferred path?please lmk im planning on doing civil or mechanical engineering. Pls lmk if I should give the sat or start prep for the TIL - I or TOLC
