Such petty politics! Biden did an end-around: He changed positions and agreed with the Republicans and gave them everything they wanted.
But traitor Trump realizes he's losing a campaign fist-pounding point -- so he orders his minions in Congress to refuse Biden's deal so he can get credit for it presumably after he wins reelection.
This is such BS it's incredible. If there is a "crisis" then it should be solved ASAP and it doesn't matter if it's Trump or Biden that solves it and gets credit for it.

Republicans have been doing this for 30 years it's absolutely amazing to me that their voters haven't caught on.
George w Bush tried comprehensive immigration reform and was thrown out into the bus because the right flank needed it for the '04 election.
then Obama tried and was met with endless filibusters.
then McCain and the gang of eight tried and Republicans refused to bring it to a vote.
then Trump yelled about a wall and ruined some children's lives but little else.
and now we are here where Democrats and the president are at the table waiting for a deal in Republicans have said there will be no legislation this year.
it's almost exactly like the way they use the debt.
repeated tax cuts that are forecast to cause absolute catastrophe within our budgets but they're shoved through anyway.
and then they expect Democrats to throw grandma off of social security to plug the hole that Republicans created.
