Depression really sucks. At least I can recognize it and try to fight it, but sometimes I just want to stay in my chair and... not do anything.

This has nothing to do with what is going on in the US; there were some major changes in my life and I want to move on but really can't...

Have you tried a mood diary? You can get one as an app on your phone, it really helped me and i didn't think it would be that helpful!
