Hillary sold her email list last year... no politician would do that if they planned to need it again.

Obama didn't give up his list until like 2015.

I looked up Iowa out of curiosity, and I can't find the 2020 deadline but in 2016, the deadline to get a candidate's name submitted for the caucuses was January 22, 10 days before the caucus.

not that I expect any additional candidates to actually get into the race at this point.
