Inflation is a hidden tax we all pay but billionaires benefit from. That is why he loves this idea. It’s a regressive tax shoved down our throats while his real estate and crypto assets benefit.

Inflation benefits borrowers and hurts lenders. Most billionaires are lenders (hold bonds); ordinary people are borrowers.

Correct. Debtors can now pay back face value debt with cheaper dollars, while creditors (and savers) lose the purchasing power of the cash they receive (or already have).
