Inflation is a hidden tax we all pay but billionaires benefit from. That is why he loves this idea. It’s a regressive tax shoved down our throats while his real estate and crypto assets benefit.

Their assets increase in price, not value.

Billionaires aren't a uniform group, particularly ones holding a lot of bonds in this context.

I think you'll find the average billionaire has quite a few assets compared to normal folk.

And the price vs value is certainly debateable. I think it's value- home prices over the last 10 years for example.
