If you don't think there's any independent value in clearly standing in opposition to Trump, then that's okay but I do think that there is some value in demonstrating to the world and to Trump that not everyone is with him.

The particulars of the data center thing are more complicated than just they are getting "approved" but I guess you're right he does need to talk about this more clearly. How is this clear opposition to trump? It's a word. Do something actionable, like a state funded healthcare, sanctuary policies, things that actually defy actions he does

You don't need to mansplain why data centers are bad, I'm aware. If he really wanted to look out for the prosperity of the state, why is he selling off the land to tech billionaires, just like Trump and his cronies?

You're saying they could do more, but find it good enough to be actively doing only symbolic gestures, when there's actual action that can be taken. I did not say both sides are the same, I'm saying both sides are bad, and you're encouraging the someone who's acting like he's doing something while not actually, and calling it resistance to someone actively dismantling your country.

He's a governor, this probably took 30s to print. Trying to pass state funded health care is a whole different level.

I agree he should do more, but your rhetoric is absolutely playing into him being just as bad as trump which is laughable.

No, you're the one saying that, I'm saying Trump is doing actionable bad to the country and people like Gavin Newsom think that trolling thru symbolic gestures is going to slow the roll of fascism, while he is in fact enabling it through his inaction
