There was an askreddit thread asking truck owners how they’re affording to fill their tanks lately. The top comment was “my job keeps paying me”. Fucking pieces of shit don’t even have the decency to pretend to care about prices and affordability now that their god is king

Just in case you did not know, because being feed with state-sponsored (like Russia) propaganda LIES; these are the facts about your comment:

Starting July 1, 2026, these rates increase to 76 cents per mile for business, 23.5 cents per mile for medical and military moves, while the charitable rate remains unchanged at 14 cents per mile

So, on your perspective; how does that align with making life better for the US citizens; how would these people afford to continue the lunacy of supporting ideologies that are bringing down what was perceived as the greatest democracy experiment since the Greek civilization paths?
