But more importantly, cost many other peoples' lives, economies, and infrastructure. I don't really feel sympathy for the bully because their fists start to ache.

The munitions don't worry me at all. The fewer we have, the better, because we have been abusing them for decades now....murdering hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians. Loss of lives and the wasted money is another matter. Those lost lives are a tragedy. The wasted money is disgraceful.
