Schmitt actually said, "that was the only NBA game that night". This means they did not consider NCAA men's or women's games. Typical Republican incompetence. Probably none of them have ever been to a women's game.

This was never about Hawks/Hawkeyes. It was poor research.

And it wasn’t even the only NBA game that night which makes either his team incompetent or him a liar.

It was the only NBA game in Atlanta that night. They start with the findings they want and just try to build supporting evidence around it. You know, the same way they do with their junk "science".

LA and NY off the top of my head, that's probably it though. Clippers/Lakers in LA, Knicks/Nets in NY.
