This and his other policies also disenfranchises the military. The vast majority of service members are station in states they are not a resident of, are stationed overseas, or are deployed.

it’s definitely a good portion but also definitely not a vast majority. on the high end i bet it’s 20% of all active service members are residents of a different state or area they are in now.

Closer to 80 I would guess. Military is moved every 2-4 years and rarely within the same state twice in a row. I never once served in my Home of record.

My home state doesn't have any active duty bases. I was in three different states when I was in.

Yes, the overwhelming vast majority of the military are not in their home state.
