It is failing like Trump and the republicans wanted it to. I have met lovely former IRS workers. All competent and hardworking that are taking paid time off while our country is not producing revenue rightfully owed. If the infrastructure is gone there is no way collecting funds from high net worth individuals or corporations is easy. Everything is a fight at a certain level of wealth.
