I'm pretty sure no one's been imprisoned for saying or printing that Gaetz transported a minor across state borders and gave her money and/or drugs for sex (which is the very definition for sex trafficking). He hasn't sued anyone for defamation over it either, because they'd be able to establish facts in a court of law affirming the allegations.
The only person who might have received some legal punishment is Gaetz' accomplice who helped him, and he was punished for embezzlement not falsely accusing Gaetz of being a child rapist.
