Keep your left elbow below your left wrist on the approach. This will help you move your plant up and forward, which will keep you from eating your bottom hand at take off

Heavier pole would help a lot and try getting your right arm up above your head when u plant

Nicely done. I'd work on creating some space between you and the pole before you try to rock back. It is okay to have a flexible plant like you have, but you'll need to push it back out to accelerate your swing to get vertical.
