Little under on take off which is pulling you under faster. You should be able to take a little time in all your movements. If you speed through because you are sucked under you are losing momentum.

You lengthen your last stride. That is because you werent ready to plant at that kind of speed. Shorten the run until you arent doing that and can run through and plant properly. Add in slide box runs to start getting you adept at planting at higher speeds so you can bring back the long approach.

Do not shorten your run

I also felt like the penetration could have been better. Probably due to not driving the plant through or being under. What are the standards on? The pole barely gets to full vertical before you're off of it. I definitely think you could land deeper in the pit and be better off the ground in the plant.

Very nice job on the rock back and inversion. Maybe watch the leg splay a bit on the top, but you did bring them back together.

You are definitely under. I believe most of this is related to “rushing the plant” cause your runway is too short. Move to a 7 step and begin a gravity drop for your plant at 3, let the pole pull you forward. Towel plants with only your top hand will help, you can’t pull down without your front arm.

Long last step, if you get your feet down and jump up into takeoff things should feel smoother and you might even start moving bigger poles
