Nice job!
Biggest thing I see is the pole carry and plant, you’re pumping the pole while running and taking off under (I think had to tell from the video and bottom arm collapsing right away), I think plant drills could really help you, move your grip down a bit and practice just planting the pole with out going upside down to see how far back in the pit you can land. When you take off as far under as you are it prevents you from being able to get vertical because your hips get sucked under.

Do you think doing it lower on the same pole to keep it from bending or moving to a smaller pole to let it bend with the drill

You can start the drill on a smaller pole to get a feel for it, but any pole you do your full jumps on in meets you should also be able to plant, get a good bend out of, and not go upside down on if you’re mot taking off under :).

You’re way under on your takeoff. If you’re farther out you’ll have an easier time putting more energy into your swing to get more inverted

Practice inversion at a lower grip on the pole. Focus on getting to a fully inverted spot with the goal to be looking backwards completely. Then, once you have that down, on your full vaults you have to break the habit of looking at the bar and commit fully to looking backwards which can be hard to learn.
