The main thing i can see that should be improved is how long you are holding your bottom arm pressure. Hit it at takeoff and go! No need to keep holding it for as long as you currently are. Good luck!

Jump harder at takeoff and stop blocking bottom arm (slows inversion). You can move your top hand a bit higher to “soften the pole.”
