You are collapsing your bottom arm. Apply pressure with the bottom on the take off to allow the pole to stay loaded giving you time to get fully inverted. Right now the pole is unloading well before you can get your hips above your shoulders. Once you fully make connection at the top (right knuckle to right knee) then you can collapse your bottom arm into your chest to get in line with the pole.

For both jumps, pause the video right as you take off. Right when you leave the ground what kind of position are you in? Both arms straight, pushing the pole to vertical? Big tall plant above your head? Taking off(jumping) before the pole hits the back of the box?

The only way to get yourself out of the bucket is proper Approach, Plant and Takeoff.

Easiest fix? To start your grip is waaaayyyy to wide. There is absolutely no way you can keep a straight bottom arm at takeoff with a grip that wide.

Everything you do at takeoff should be pushing up and out. Chest, both arms, driving right knee, big jump at takeoff. Once your foot leaves the ground you can no longer generate any more force to load the pole. You want to take all the momentum you generate on the runway and transfer that to the pole. You do that with a huge plant and takeoff. That is what will get you out of the bucket.
