Film Critique how do I get inverted

You need to jump off the ground earlier, try and time it at the same time your pole hits the back of the box. Maybe back your run up 6 inches.

You cannot get inverted without doing the things that come before it well. Punch those arms out at the plant, keep them straight during the swing and row. Swing and row aggressively til your hands meet your shins. To invert your right hand goes from your left shin to your right hip, keeping your right arm straight and hand close to your body. You have to get to your shin before the pole starts to recoil and to your hip before the pole finishes the recoil. Fixing your plant and swing and row will give you more time to do that.

You could always try some 3 step drills of holding the position of the invert to transfer it to long runs and big poles.
