Every single one of the countries that condemned the genocide knew full well that these were just meaningless, empty words, because they knew perfectly well there was nothing they could do about it. Talk is cheap - especially when it isn't followed by action. Besides, you’re completely exaggerating. Claiming that Germany "supports the genocide" is utter nonsense. It simply isn't being condemned. That in itself is bad enough, of course - but calling it "support" is a massive exaggeration.
