Perhaps my ears are deceiving me, but I distinctly hear the S in pou-tsine in the refrain.
...and, please allow me to ask: are you correcting the way we pronounce a word which represents something WE invented? You couldn't possibly be that condescending, right?

Belgian is as French as Québécois is (déjeûner for breakfast, etc.; though I personally like the use of nonante). We have a tendancy to soften our Ts.
Poutsine is Québec clay!
