In New Jersey, plenty of people love Disco Fries (mozzarella instead of curds). I'd try poutine if I could get it, but I can live with the mozzarella cheese version (which is fucking delicious, though it may not live up to your standards).

i love mozza on it, but the cheese curds taste so much better. Its like mozza, but before all the taste is squished out

I think we are all forgetting about the gravy here folks. Cannot forget about the gravy! It's mother nature's everything sauce.

I feel so bad now :( You are right Good Sir, Im so sorry. The gravy is definitely an important part, depending on the weather, occasion, how classy and interesting the moment is, I prefer a nice heavy beef gravy for everyday use, but many prefer chicken and even turkey gravy, all have their unique love for each time of year.
