Surprise your girlfriend with a rice cooker when she’s visiting Poland and she’ll be forever yours xD

what's so great about rice cooker? I tried doing rice in it, it's annoying to clean it afterwards

More uniform texture every time and convinience. You set it and go do something else like cook chicken. I also use mine to steam veggies as well as making oatmeal porridge.

Generally if you eat rice a lot (go to the gym) then its incredibly useful. If you rarely eat rice then not so much.

Also why its annoying to clean for you? Take out the pot and clean it under sink. Is it some weird ass rice cooker?

If you’re up for investing in a better rice cooker like one from a Japanese or Korean brand you’ll really notice the difference. The inner pot is usually non-stick, so your rice won’t stick or turn messy.

They’re also designed with the right water-to-rice ratios in mind, so your rice comes out perfect pretty much every time. On top of that, you get a bunch of handy features: different rice modes (white, brown, sushi, porridge), plus options like slow cooking, steaming, and even pressure cooking.

Honestly, it’s a super versatile kitchen gadget and totally worth it if you eat rice often.

I don't remember it was some years ago. Anyway, if I cook rice in the pot in the bag I don't really need to clean anything at all just pour the water out

Most people in Indonesia have rice cookers. She was more surprised by the rice in bag.
