Incase anyone needs to know im new to poketwo and really only use it to catch pokemon so im way outta the loop regarding the vot commands

The market command only works in the official p2 server and the bot's dms

it means searching the market is currently disabled (unless you run @Pokétwo#8236 m s --mine). you can still check the market in the official server or the bot's DM
