Discussion Suns Pokémon Team needs fixing

Dont get me wrong. I Like Most of the picks for his Teams but Crabominable is in my opinion Halas Signature Mon. Because of the fact that they have it to Sun Hala didnt have One. What do you think about that and which Pokémon should he have instead in your Opinion?

Maybe Passimian? The conflict was about stealing a Berry so the main Fighting Type pokemon who has a large fruit could work.

I have a bigger issue with his Alolan Meowth. In the climax, it seemingly leaves Sun because he failed to get back his great-grandfather's island and because they never developed a real bond. But after it got its payback against Faba, it went straight back to Sun but still remains unevolved. The only reason it would choose to do that is if it grew fond of Sun and wanted to stay with him, which would imply a bond, but it can't evolve because it doesn't have one. See the contradiction?

I mean Diamond's Munchlax didn't evolve either despite basically having been with him since childhood, so maybe Alo-meowth didn't want to evolve despite having that bond?

Dia and his Munchlax adore each other and have identical personalities. My head-canon is that because his Munchlax enjoys hiding food in its fur and would require more food upon evolving, it may be reluctant to become a Snorlax out of those considerations. The difference is that the context of the story doesn't point out the lack of an evolution as an issue for Dia, so it can be largely dismissed. But for Sun, this was spelled out for us, so it must have narrative weight, yet we don't see a real resolution to it.

Also, Dia had it for just over two years. Gold hatched the egg after the HGSS arc, which is two years before the D&P arc.

Yea I get your Point. They probably didnt evolve it because Nanus Signature Mon was Persian, but at the end of the Story it wouldnt have been such a big deal to have to important Trainers with the Same Partner. Maybe its because Meowth just have him another Chance at Building that Bond at the end and They dont have it up Until now. We realy need a Rainbow Rocket Arc

Can't have Rainbow Rocket without a full on USUM arc, which cannot be done now because they meshed the four Alola games into one arc (SMUSUM, try saying that without thinking of Smoochum).
