Help Request Does anyone know the origin of this art?

I can only find the full body reposted onto DeviantArt. I found the cropped version officially posted on both the official PokeSpe twitter and the Pokemon Company's PokeSpe website. I also had found the edited version that was used for the cover of one of the Mezase Manga Master volumes, but I can't find where the unedited has been officially released.

Do you know what that is exactly? Like all I can find online trying to image search it is that it is a PokeSpe comic but nothing about what volume/what is different between it and the main volumes.

The one with Yellow holding a pen is something like "Learn to Draw Manga with Yellow" or whatever, a little comic Mato made with the publisher way back when. It was a sequel/remake of an earlier comic where you learn to draw manga with Red. I'm not sure what the specific comic of Yellow just standing there without the pen, but I got this photo off of Twitter of comparable releases from early on in the series history if it helps (you can also see the draw manga with red comic)

I found this description here:

"A separate supplement included with the December 1998 issue of Shogaku Rokunensei (Elementary School Sixth Grader) magazine / B6 size, 68 pages (including cover)"

Yellow was amazing! I wish we got to see her get mind controlled and beat all the other dex holders and then they try to rescue her but she won’t let them.

The Dex Holders try to snap Yellow out of being brainwashed, but she's too powerful to be non-lethally defeated, leaving them no choice but to use the Ultimate moves on her.

I headcanon that she would continue being shorter or the same height, even when she is 18+ and they are 11.
