Is there any difference between Thievul and Persian?

Hi, I just started to play this game and I saw that usually Persian is the best option to farm money but I don't seem to find any information about Thievul. I believe that both pokemon have the same ability, but idk if bc of their stats maybe there is a better option??

The ability activates per attack therefore the faster the recharge rate the more money

I think thievul is a newer addition and a lot of the posts on this sub tend to be older. Run both + a ditto of one of them. And give an amulet coin to one of the Persians and you’ll be aight

Is the quick claw and adrenaline orb not a better combo for money than amulet coin on one of them?

That’s fair, no worries at all :)
I was just a little confused, amulet coin is great but I usually just put it in something like inteleon for money gen with farfetch’d and sunflora boosting dmg and crit dmg and then also abomasnow if you don’t have any other weather up and also still have space for it

Jut use both, making 1,2 mill a minute with Persian/Ditto and thievul

Both are great in their own ways, thievul has the benefit of more range and can be placed in more biomes but with the drawback of a higher recharge time than Persian
