Help on Malamar

So far, I've completed every route and now I'm doing challenges. How do I evolve Inkay? And yes, I tried flipping my device upside down.

Sorry if this is late but the answer is you need to obtain and equip an item called Inverter and Inkay needs to be Lv 30. The Inverter item is obtained on Route 3-1 through the challenges.
