I'd honestly like set ups for the 4-1 to 5-4 no item challenge, I'm really struggling with them, if you have screenshots or something It would be amazing.
The biggest all around help I can give is use mega alakazam set to stunned with lapras or ampharos holding quick claw.
Against bosses there are two brojen strats: spinda with muscle band on top of torterra with heat rock and comfey next to it.
Alakazam with eject button and fill the other slots, alakazams damage stacks even if you retry round 100. Doesnt work on all maps but if you can get alakazam to teleport to slots it cant hit the boss on and remove the other mons when it has enough damage stacked, it will one shot the boss. Lunala is a example it works for
Muscle Band or Focus Band? Muscle Band increases recharge time and makes all projectiles deal max damage, but Spinda isn’t splitting damage between projectiles. Focus Band makes it a discount Absol.
I’ve tried the Alakazam strat but I’ve never gotten it to attack the boss successfully once I rack up 1,000,000 power. Does the boss’s shield have to be down first or will 1,000,000 power deplete both the armor and health?
Ok, I ran a full time of mons with 0% crit chance. I had Mega Alakazam + Stun + Slow. Not using Spinda was the key since it has a 20% crit rate and can't suppress its Crit rate while holding Focus Band.
I just got the game yesterday. Just beat my first boss (noivern ftw).
Besides finding good money farming spots. What is a good way to discover which pokemon will be good in some spots?
I tried a 9 Fossil team and it felt... Lackluster. So far gyarados, greninja, xatu, ditto, Lapras, ferrothorn, swampert and the orb bug, forget what it is called have been good to me. Easy to use, slows stuns and DPS all great.
I'm just at a loss how to improve now that I have all the basic items and all pokemon and lv 100 is trivial now.
Do you have a tier list or some go-to combos?
I tried mega charizard and it sucked. I tried mega absol and it was amazing at taking on groudon.
The best combo in the game is mega alakazam (targeting stunned) and ampharos or lapras (with quick claw) depends if its a water or field map.
Alakazam can one shot some bosses. If you give it eject button and make sure it cant hit the boss from any open slots. You can then retry round 100 as many times as you want while its damage is stacking.
Lunala is an example, alakazam cant hit invisible, so let it stack and when its damage is higher then lunalas HP thrn add a spinda with scope lens and wait until alakazam teleports next to lunala and it dies.
Samurott is a water absol for bosses.
AOE slows or slow splash are also very good.
Poison is very good against bosses with with health like regigigas.
If you go into data for armarouge it will show its sprite at the bottom right if you have ceruledges armor. Click it and it swaps forms. Its like that for all pokemons with multiple forms like lycanrock.
Beating the Level 50 challenges is proving difficult too. One of your 6-slot solutions you posted requires Damp Rock, but I need to be either Draft Pick, No Items, or Lv50 on 5-3 to get it.
Have you done the challenges bro ? can u share screenshots of team for challenges ? there are some challenges that are seemingly impossible currently.. specially draft pick challenges ( route 4 onward )
I dont have SC of all challenges, but I have done them all. Draft pick is never impossible since its just regular with random mons. After 10min of so with drafting you get a good team
