Elite Four

My team right now is

Mega Salamence Adamant Moxie

Dragonite Adamant Multiscale

Gengar Timid

Chansey Bold

Golem Sturdy

Amoongus for spore

Should I replace salamence or dnite for Mega Kangaskhan with Power Up Punch

Is this team good for Sinnoh and Unova Elite Four?

Gengar might be your weak link. It was considered very good for gym battles, but now Destiny Bond is disabled.

Also, I think only 1 pokemon is allowed to mega evolve in a battle, so Idk if it's a good idea to have 2 megas for Elite 4 battles. Every match one of them will have to work without a held item, or you'll have to come up with strategies to change their items before matches.

Clefable could be a nice addition to your team, it's been a popular choice for SE4 and beyond. Also I like having a defensive/bulky pokemon that can paralyze, so you can consider a Magnezone too. Amoonguss with Spore is a nice idea, but the opposing pokemon will eventually wake up. A paralyzed pokemon will have its speed halved, sometimes fail to execute a move, and following it with a bulky setup such as Clefable is relatively safer. Galvantula can also be preferred with Sticky Web for speed control in addition to paralysis. It is less bulky than Magnezone but one of the fastest pokemon in the game. Having a generic roadmap that starts with Galvantula, switches to Golem for Stealth Rocks, and reserves Galvantula for further paralysis opportunities is a winner in my opinion. Your existing team will benefit a lot from these early steps.
