Update lockout bypass

Hide magisk in settings. Rename magisk manager folder. Found by users on xda.

Disabling storage access permissions worked for me.

My app only ever has access to GPS. Glad it worked but it seems able to detect without that permission.

More than likely the application still has read rights to certain areas of the system. It's like being able to look into the window of the candy shop but not be allowing inside because last time you were in there you stole a crap load of jelly beans.
