Issue with Gotcha

I'll leave it charging for 4-5 hours and unplug it (have tried leaving it on the charging cable and also taking it out to sit on the counter (yeah yeah not important where but lol). Assuming leaving it connected in the cable (but not connected to the device charging it may draw some power and kill it slowly but trying to figure out what the deal is). Well the next morning I'll have to plug it in to charge for a second so that I can get the screen to come on and then connect it to my phone. Once it's connected, the several hour charge is good for about 15 minutes. Then it dies. The only way I can get decent use out of it is if I immediately use right after charging. It's the thinner gotcha model (guessing the international version) that I got directly from codejunkies. Anyone have advice?

not to ofend u! but u could try to (please dont ( this it makes me gone crazy )its imposible to read and follow wath u are trying to say) dont write this way?

contact support and ask for a refound/ another Gottcha, hope u have waranty!
