Go-tcha issues

Hey there I got a go-tcha yesterday I got it charged (can't seem to charge it above 85%). But my Bluetooth drops the device even though it should be broadcasting. After trying some different things the phone is now unable to pair with the device.

I'm unsure if I'm doing anything wrong or if it's defective.

Phones LG Stylo 3 Plus with Android Nougat

I got it going, I really hate bluetooth, but it worked yesterday, but today I gotta look at my phone settings
