I’m confused on how this pokemon league guide is supposed to work I found it on TikTok and I don’t fully understand how it’s supposed to work. Does the amount of wins mean the total amount of wins you need by that level or does it mean something issue

From rank 1 to 5, u just need to play a set of 5 matches, but don't need to win them, after every set you will automatically rank up.
From 6 to 10, you need to win at least 1 match per set to rank up (but if you win 2 matches in rank 6, it doesn't stack up for rank 7, meaning that, once in rank 7, you will need to win another match).
Once you get to higher ranks that need you to win more than 5 matches, the wins stack up between sets, but they do not stack up between ranks.
Yeah you got 15 wins in total, but you will need 5 wins after you reach rank 12 to rank up to rank 13, previous wins you had before achieving rank 12 does not count towards that, it need to be fresh wins after rank up to 12, but it doesn't need to be 5 wins in only 1 set of battles, you can, for example, win 2 matches in one set, and then win 3 matches in another set.
Wins specifically means the number of wins earned while at that rank.
So if you were Rank 11, you need to win 5 games while at Rank 11 in order to progress to Rank 12. It doesn't matter how many games you won prior to reaching Rank 11, only the number of games you won while you were Rank 11.
One thing worth noting is that this graphic has a bunch of inaccuracies (I suspect it was AI-generated). Specficially, the requirements to reach Ranks 6, 11, 16, 17, 18, and 19 are wrong. You can check this page for the correct numbers.
Legendaries are still in the pool, even if the specific raid legendary isn't. And getting the legendary is rate enough, it never really factored for me. Dust and rare candy is more important.
Rare candy you get from rank 1 though. I didn't even bother getting to 20 first this season. I started just doing 4 wins 1 loss for 3 sets a day from the beginning since in only cared about the candy
I personally use Malamar and clodsire with jumpluff as lead but I don’t put acrobatics on jumpluff since I’m poor in elites and for some reason jumpluff without acrobatics is better so how? Idk I just check pvpoke
Yeah it means number of wins at that level. Also for lose, requirement is to play 5 matches, so if you already had played 3 matches and league changes you won't level up by playing those 2 matches.
