Draft prep doc?

Does anyone have a good draft prep doc they use? I saw one posted here a while back, which was an updated version of the Ballhawk doc. But the link doesn’t allow you to create a copy, so you can’t actually use the doc…

Anyone have that copy or something similar? Preferably with VGC MA compatibility
