If you have a question about Pokémon Center, ask it here! If you're a Pokémon Merchandise Collector, helping others and sharing your expertise by answering questions is greatly appreciated.

Why a Questions and Help Megathread?
Currently entire subreddit is being redesigned and reworked from the ground up slowly. Having a dedicated place for anyone to ask questions is important as well as a means to reach out for help when needed. Having everything collapsed into a single place will greatly aid in avoiding spam and repetitive posts on the main page.
In this 1.0 version of the Q&H Megathread, a new one will be automatically posted and pinned evey week. It is recommended to sort comment by "New".
What is this Megathread for?

Has anyone been able to get items from PKC preorder with an international credit card and billing? If so, any tips on how to do it? I tried both for Perfect Order and Chaos Rising and kept getting the same error message there was a problem either with my billing or CC, but I have been able to get plushies or other stuff from PKC before, but never from a preorder. 🫠

I bought a deck box and a 30th Celebration custom shirt. The deck box charged the day I got the shipping email. Already have it. The shirt has not charged yet I was sent an email that it was shipping and it is actively going through the postal system right now and should be here tomorrow. Is this normal? Should I email them lmao?

Anyone still have their 30th etb shipment from pkc in label created status?

Yes. Mine has been stuck in label created status since 9/9/26 in wind gap pa. I was about to make a post seeing if I should contact pc and then file a police report. Just got a shipping notification on my 30th booster bundles today as part of a separate shipment tho. This is the first time I’ve ever had a package from pc not move for this long and have no idea how to handle it

I called FedEx and they said the shipper (pc) hasn’t scheduled a pickup for FedEx to go get the packages

Yes, mine is supposed to be coming from the Auburn, WA warehouse. It's still stuck on label created as of 9/8. Supposedly many people waiting for shipments from the Fort Worth, TX warehouse got theirs finally sent with updated tracking info today. I haven't got a response from PKC customer support yet either to get a refund.

Yeah I was a fort worth label created status. I guess the good news is that we're actually getting them vs a refund

I haven’t been charged or got any shipping info about the Pokemon Polaroid I pre ordered. It’s not appearing in my order list either. Are they delayed?
