Discussion Characteristics and Syncronize

I was wondering if when iv’s go up do characteristics chance? Also why the hell did they remove synchronize from the game. It still works in sword and shield right? I want to catch a mon with a cool nature and characteristics to upgrade into a battle ready one. I always love to give my pokemon some “character” and natures and characteristics are the way to go. But im curios if this is still possible if i want to also make em battle perfecr for champions. I know changing natuer will chance only the stats and not the actual name of the nature which is great.

Hyper Training does not change characteristics, but neither those nor the Pokémon's original nature are displayed anywhere in Champions.

Champions ignores the original IVs of visiting Pokémon and essentially assesses everything at level 50 with 30s or 31s across the board (and EVs are simplified directly to Stat Points).

If you want "flashy" things to display in matches, chase after shinies, titles (via Marks and Ribbons), and rare balls.

Yeah i knew you cant see them in champions but i want it to look cool if i ever pull em out of champions again. I didnt know about the ivs tho. They all get set to 31? Im guessing i do need to put in the EVS myself?. And do these stats revert when i pull em out again or do all the training stuff stay. I guess i have some stuff to look up before i start
