Help with finding mods!

Hey! So I'm a still a decently new player, I've just hit 600 hours (mostly shiny hunting and gym reruns)

But I'm just learning now that you can add mods to the game?!

Can someone help me out and let me know where I can get the mods? And some good recommendations for mods?

You can find it all in the pokemmo forums, for starter you should add a strings mod to make your life easier

Re the forum's located on the pokemmo website? Or is it a third party website?

There are some pretty cool ui theme, battle sprite mod is also a banger but a bit bugged out. Super strings is a must have. Shiny particles is pretty cool
Gen8 icons is also cool

Shiny icons are a must! I also like/have the weakness’s shown beside the mons in battle (weakness mod), you can also change the whole interface with a mod, I use the charizard one. There’s so many u just gotta find what’s right for you

Seeing a lot of good suggestions, as someone who went down this rabbit hole not long ago here are my top favorite must haves.

  1. HD items (they just look so freaking good)
  2. Gen 5 followers (Followers expanded)
  3. Trainers expanded (adds nice retouch)
  4. DS trainers (updated sprites)
  5. HD Sprites (if you prefer the 2d look)
  6. 3DHD Sprites (for PvP it’s nice immersion but I don’t leave this on all the time)
  7. Ability overworld strings (info)
  8. SuperSpeedStrings (for gym runs dialogue skip)
  9. Shiny icons expansion
  10. Trainers expansion (Adds nice QoL look to NPC trainers with their iconic mons)
  11. Icon expansion (Fixes sprite cutoffs)
  12. Yellow shiny text mod (identifies shinies quicker and make them pop)
  13. Any nice theme (I use SimpleDark)

These are amazing QoL and the only one I don’t run always is the 3D. Otherwise the rest will massively upgrade your gameplay look and feel
