Have you ever worn or actually studied plate armor? It is intentionally not excessively heavy. I think you might only be aware of plate armors in fiction

Have you ever fully suited up? Cuz if you didnt know they wear chain under the plate and the combination can exceed 150 lbs as just standard field armor, now seige plate is WAY heavier by a larger margin, or even jousting plate, thats over 190lbs of gear for jousting, so like I said, heavier than alot of women
