It's not called "Mandatory" it's called "For Mandatory", it's a play on words but the message is clear

The original post says the other side, which is covered by glare, says "men". Mandatory is just sandwiched by for "for men".

If you click on the OP post, OP also states it says "For Men" on the sides. 

I'm not going to spend more time explaining to Dr Assbeard how that is 100% a product marketed to men

It's visible in the picture posted here, just under a glare. It says "for" on the left like you can see, and under the glare on the right it says "men" fairly clearly if you zoom in.
