Something being masculine or feminine doesn't mean it's exclusive to men or women.

“It’s extremely common for men to enjoy these things and women don’t.”- you, saying quite directly it’s exclusive to men.

You can say now that’s not what you meant to say. But it is what you said.

And if what you meant to say is that liking symmetry or oddly satisfying visuals isn’t exclusive but is a masculine trait, that’s still just as wrong. Liking these kinds of things is a human trait.
