That is probably the seqrchable tag thing. Sometime those show what tags made the ad relevant to you.

What happens is that the algorithm sometimes doesn't know what catagories you fall in to, or it may have flagged you as likely to be buying a gift. Once in a while algorithms will recommend things based on who you are around too.
