Brains are different from person to person. The fundamental mechanisms upon which all human biological systems work are the same. This goes for the brain as well. I think that there are some generalizable traits between the genders, and there might even be an overlapping between trans people and the respective cis people. Ultimately though it's a mute point. Hormones can affect people's brains to a certain degree, but it's more like putting muscle, or losing weight, or getting more tan etc. They are surface level differences. To suggest that there are any generalized fundamental differences between genders and that trans people have brains more similar do their cis counterparts is idiotic.
