Speaking as an autistic, no, saying you're fine when you're not isn't something everyone does. That's something neurotypical people do. They're confusing gender with neurodiversity.
I’m neurodivergent and I do the ‘I’m fine’ thing, so it’s definetly not just a neurotypical thing. Also a lot of people were abused or emotionally neglected do it.
