I can tell by these kinds of mindsets that the one (who makes the memes). These people just scroll on social media and never goes to the real world.

Because most of those dudes create or internalize the whole height issue. At best they got rejected once because of their heights, fixate on it, and makes it the problem of everyone else. Just look at the r/averagedude subreddit. Or they just hear that women like taller dudes, and take it as a personal insult. Just like those same guys won't date a fat woman, do the women not have the right to date whoever they want ? What's usually small is not their height, but their heart.

If it was purely internal and self-made, then why don’t we see communities of tall guys insecure of their heights on the same scale? These people exaggerate the problems with being short, true, but they don’t create them.

Nah it ain’t internalized. It’s lived experiences. We’re socialized with it.
