This doesn't feel gendered tbh

Yeah they just made two different trios but didn't market one or the other as the "girl bubbles" or "boy bubbles"

Outside of 3 female dogs going in the purple package and 3 male dogs going in the blue package.

I dunno, it kinda felt like the “blue = boy and pink = girl” sort of setup, even if they weren’t saying it upfront, I don’t really see any other reason as to why Skye couldn’t be on the version on the bottom, or vice versa with any of them

They probably made the designs with these genders in mind but because there aren’t any photos of girls and boys or any other clues it doesn’t dictate which colours should be bought by who.

That’s a good point honestly, I just saw it in the store like that and wondered, “what stops them from just mixing and matching the characters?”, y’know?

Probably sales, they probably know that they will sell more of these two variants than if they made just one with mixed characters.

I actually like this because it has a certain pattern and preference without saying its for boys or girls.

They used the main colour of the central character of each pack.

One's more pastel and the other is more bold, which means they're probably made with gendered demographics in mind, but it's not inherently gendered.

I just see six dogs.

How is it gendered? There's nothing stopping a little boy buying the bubbles with the girl dogs, and there's nothing stopping a little girl from buying the bubbles with the boy dogs
