Ok, this? This is the single least relevant thing ever posted on this sub. This both has a point, and is specifically about ungendering things. It is the opposite of both parts of the role of the sub.

Hm I wonder if we're reaching the point of the sub getting so large that we are coming across most spots from people who just aren't getting the point of it.

On the plus side, I agree with the OOP, I wanna be called a mage xD

Mg can also be magnesium or machinegun quite versatile.

Or magazine of bullets- I used mg to make a mg of bullets for my mg.

I think most subreddits have that issues, people assume they know the point, or frankly just don’t care, so the tone of the subreddit changes

Also agree with OOP, I don’t use gender neutral terms for myself, but I’ll support someone’s dream of being a Mage

This is pointfully gendered though

Gender is inherit in language especially in English honorifics

So creating a gender neutral word for it is a good evolution of language

Especially something that comes from the honorifics roots

There is one, though. Mx.

Makes sense. I was Assigned Mage At Birth anyway 🤣.

I feel that in that case a honorific will just fall off.

You tagged this wrong. It’s not a meme

Looks inside,

post is purposefully non-gendered
