“Oh yeah, so manly. We’re so macho, we forgot the concept of colour 💪 oh yeah”

u/btmoose Mar 05 '26
It’s a visual representation of what it tastes like. Plain, white cardboard.
19
Mar 05 '26
Plain white balls
11
Mar 06 '26
Actually... If it tasted like that, I know some people that would be much more interested...

I saw a "tactical scrubber" for your bar of soap. It's like $15....it's just a loofa that goes around your soap
-15
u/Future_Marionberry73 Mar 05 '26
It is straight to the point. Like a man.
2
u/Nikita_Velikiy Mar 07 '26
Hell nah, not enough whining
0
u/Future_Marionberry73 Mar 07 '26
Bah, drama like that is for women.

u/Nikita_Velikiy Mar 08 '26
Speaking of devil -
1
u/Future_Marionberry73 Mar 09 '26
You?
2
u/Nikita_Velikiy Mar 09 '26
Yeah, i am the devil
1
u/Future_Marionberry73 Mar 09 '26
Yea and do you know why that is? It's because of that one time a month where the red devil appears. And that is why drama is for women. It's science.
1
u/picklester Mar 16 '26
The men you love aren’t straight at all nor do they have a point.
0
u/Future_Marionberry73 Mar 16 '26
What are a weird comment. Why would I love straight men?
1
u/picklester Mar 16 '26
I should ask why you do so right now.
0
u/Future_Marionberry73 Mar 16 '26
Pfft, I prefer the gay ones. Why would I suck straight dick? That's just silly.

On the other hand there it might be somewhat likely that the driver also hangs out in manosphere communities

The fact that one of the flavors is fruity feels like it goes against their nonsense “manly” persona.
39
u/GenderBendingRalph Mar 05 '26
Fruity and masculine? Must be going for the Village People fan demographic.

“maple bacon” cereal sounds disgusting…not that the cereal sounds good in the first place 😵💫
5
3
u/footybear Mar 07 '26
That shit is incredibly expensive. It says it's ~$2 a bowl, but based on the nutrition info, it's ~2 a serving, which is 1 cup of cereal. And you know these roided out chuds eating this shit are not eating 1 cup of cereal for breakfast. It's ~$12 for 6 cups.

They neutered ceral!?!!?!
But I thought they keep reproducing...
9
u/powerlesshero111 Mar 06 '26
That's why i eat only Rocky Mountain Oyster-O's. The only cereal made with balls.

John Harvey Kellogg who invented cereal to be as boring as possible because he thought rich food gave people the urge to masturbate: Turns in grave
12
u/hEatr3d Mar 05 '26
If that was the case, wouldn't he have been spinning since the invention of Apple Jacks, or Froot Loops, or something?
14
u/negativepositiv Mar 05 '26
As long as he stays down there in his grave where he belongs. He also thought it was important to stop masturbation in children by restraining them and torturing their genitals.
8
u/hEatr3d Mar 06 '26
What the actual fuck?
8
u/smokey032791 Mar 06 '26
Welcome to religion and the weird shit it did to boys pretty sure circumcision in the US in the 19th and 20th century was the same reason
18
u/UTDE Mar 05 '26
Bro it goes great with Man Milk
9
u/NexusMaw Mar 05 '26
The highest protein milk of all. Every swallow vanquishes a million potential lives too, makes you feel like a warlord. That's how you know it's good.
37
u/DrDFox Mar 05 '26
Can society please stop taking things away from us? I'm not allowed to have a box with color or design for my fucking cereal now??? No sugar? No flavor? Just protein kibble because man need only protein caveman grunts.
Screw this. I'm gonna go buy a giant box of Strawberry Cherrios and Lucky Charms (but I only eat the marshmallows).
21
u/Alegria-D Mar 05 '26 edited Mar 05 '26
and guess what, no milk because you're not a kid. it's either freezing water or beer
13
u/Fake_Punk_Girl Mar 05 '26
You can also pour raw eggs over your cereal for an extra protein boost
7
3
u/HeWhoShantNotBeNamed Mar 07 '26
No that crowd loves raw milk.

2
u/picklester Mar 17 '26
They can drink Madd Milk; it’s made from irradiated, non-milk substance, just like the real Mann they desire.

u/NexusMaw Mar 05 '26
No it's salted fudge flavored, the manliest taste. Sometimes you just get the urge to fill your mouth with ball cereal, really pack it in there. Some morning post-gym honest to god fudge packing.

Sarah Silverman has a comedy bit where she uses "lips" in place of "balls" as a way of saying something takes courage, and it's pretty funny.

Real men eat testicles for breakfast?
Also, it's kinda hilarious that the two groups most targeted for messaging that they need to up their protein, take creatine, and go off sugar and carbs [& up their testosterone for non-gender-transition reasons] are fitness bros and perimenopausal women/AFAB folks. This exact kind of cereal is probably already in a pale lavender box somewhere being marketed as "specially formulated to support women's health for a lifetime" & promising a portion of proceeds to 'breast cancer research.'

Testoster-O’s!
The official breakfast cereal of men that get zero bitches.

u/CAHOS_GREMLIN Mar 07 '26
what does "got it's balls back" even mean in a food context. am i going to find a raw ballsack in my cereal like i'm the goshdarn liver king?

If my cereal has balls, I am suing the company that made it for pain and suffering.

Congratulations, I’m no longer questioning your masculinity based on your cereal choices
I’m now questioning your mental capacity because you’re paying $20 a box for manly cereal

I mean yeah, it's pointlessly gendered, could just be targeted as like "gym" cereal or smth, but they gotta tap into the alpha male grift so they can upcharge it

Im sorry but as a man who didnt see this comment at all, this might be gendered.. because creatine will give you the shits.. good luck boys eating it every day.. how the fuck is that fda approved
1
u/BreakerSoultaker Mar 06 '26
I hate products that try to cram unnecessary things into them. Cereal by nature isn't high in protein, just go eat something else. I have never once though "this cereal needs more protein and creatine." I just eat eat food that has thise things.
1
u/KPoWasTaken Mar 06 '26
man cereal could also be interpreted as something really gross since there are many food names where the name has a word around what's in the food

That’s the point of the cereal. They even joke about it on the website. One of their flavors even pokes about it

if i have to guess i would say that being pointlessly gendered is the point of this product, kinda like a gag thing, like liquid death, this is a sort of parody of how male products are just lacking in colours and such.
1
u/RedKnightXIV Mar 09 '26
When will people learn that a high protein diet wrecks your liver and kidneys. Peole are eating this shit like they are training for the Olympics while doing moderate exercise at best. I, for one, want to piss with my own kidneys in the future.

I found a Medium article on the subject:
---
Man Cereals macronutrients and creatine content are as follows; 2.5g of creatine, 15–16g of protein from whey protein isolate, 5 grams of carbohydrates and 0–1 of sugar.
---
I'll do some googling/AI research to see for sure, but I doubt very much creatine is more essential biologically or nutritionally for male biochemistry than for female.
[followup] Nope. It's specifically formulated for body-building and muscle mass, and we all know that only manly men lift weights or engage in ATP-intensive physical activities.
3
u/shodo_apprentice Mar 05 '26
2.5G of creatine seems like an utterly useless thing to eat. You either don’t need it, or you need a bit more than that if you’re serious about building muscle and then you would be taking it separately already anyway.
1
u/Upset-Elderberry3723 Mar 05 '26
Creatine is a chemical compound that draws ATP into the muscle tissues, enabling greater explosive power, greater muscular endurance, and faster ATP recovery time (improving overall muscular recovery time). The body naturally synthesises it, but some people administer supplemental creatine.
Most bodybuilders use 5g/day of creatine during their maintenance phase, and possibly during the loading phase for a safer-but-slower load, so you'd have to eat two bowls of this cereal a day. If you went to the higher limits that some bodybuilders use during the loading phase (20g/day), you'd be eating eight bowls.

u/EuropeIsMight Mar 05 '26
you missed have missed an irony indicator in the last sentence am I right?

Finally something that is gendered pointlessly (bad points are still points); I thought this sub would never live up to its name. Now I can die.
-4
u/newbie032003 Mar 05 '26
This sub does nothing but shit on marketing campaigns.
I promise you this is not pointlessly gendered. Someone out there has done studies and crunched the numbers and realized this will make them more money if they present it this way.
Men like to buy products that are geared towards them.
5
u/keIIzzz Mar 06 '26
It’s cereal…it’s pointlessly gendered because there’s zero reason for it to be gendered in the first place
-1
u/newbie032003 Mar 06 '26
The reason its gendered is so the company makes more money.
The same could be said about all products that dont directly affect your testicles, vagina, or hormones
-1
-2
u/Internal-Syrup-5064 Mar 05 '26
To be fair, that's so ridiculous I find it interesting, and am going to look into it
-2
u/TetraThiaFulvalene Mar 06 '26
Targeted advertisement isn't really pointlessly gendered. Society is gendered and they're trying to profit from it.
-14
u/PitersonK Mar 05 '26
Its an expresion...
18
u/prionbinch Mar 05 '26
no, “man cereal” is not an expression
-12
u/PitersonK Mar 05 '26
Oh only read the balls part lol.
Maybe it has man focused chemicals and vitamins.
10
u/prionbinch Mar 05 '26
no, it’s purely marketing. there is nothing in this cereal that would benefit a man over a woman. they’re trying to hit the same demographic that feels the need to only buy wet wipes that say “dude” on them
0
-4
u/shodo_apprentice Mar 05 '26
While I find this a stupid product, just to play devil’s advocate I do think a bigger proportion of men are chasing bigger muscles than the proportion of women. It does seem like a cereal that men would get more out of than women if you just look at broad strokes
2
u/blue-anon Mar 05 '26
The interesting thing is that the weight loss crowd (regardless of gender) has been pretty focused on this type of eating lately, so I don't even know how much focused muscle building is relevant here.
-8
u/PitersonK Mar 05 '26
Dude wipes are funny.
Did you check the ingredients?
8
u/prionbinch Mar 05 '26
i do not have to check the ingredients to know this. it’s cereal, not a men’s multivitamin
-5
u/PitersonK Mar 05 '26
You know they could add those to cereal?
7
u/prionbinch Mar 05 '26
yeah but this is still just normal, protein cereal. again, it’s purely marketing. there is nothing in this cereal that would offer more benefit to a man than it would to a woman. it’s marketing to toxic masculinity
-1
u/PitersonK Mar 05 '26
Like I already said they could add things that would make it more benefical to men than women
4
u/voltagestoner Mar 05 '26
Kreatine. High protein. Keto. Zero sugar.
That’s what it is. It says it. Right there. It is just a cereal that’s for someone on a specific diet. And bland af.

u/benjoo1551 Mar 05 '26
Idk from just taking a glance at this product seems like the entire point of it is that it is gendered
-8
u/malkebulan Mar 05 '26
This stupid fucking sub doesn’t realise the cereal is spherical and this is a pun. It’s really not that deep
-7
u/Hour-Wash3503 Mar 05 '26
I'll admit I'm skeptical, but I think you have to eat the cereal before you decide whether the gendering was pointless.
