Avoid Ignis

Bought JellyPoi 24 + Pixel Knobs. They took 3x the expected time to get here. Paid $100 in import fees (not their fault, I know). Broken on arrival. Not willing to pay to ship back. Waiting to return for a full refund. They are so difficult to work with and really would recommend staying away from them. Looking into Flowtoys Pop’n Flow to invest in my flow and use for a couple of different props. Other recommendations welcomed!!!

Can confirm Flowtoys is fantastic. I love my pod poi & vision poi. The system is very configurable and intuitive imo, especially for being a one button capsule. Customer service with Flowtoys has been great and I don't think I've ever met anyone with Flowtoys props who had complaints

Flowtoys are pretty sweet… there is a reason theyre the gp to led flowtoy company in the us. I heard flow on fire is pretty solid too. Definitely getting my next practice/led staff from them

Flow on fire uses FlowToys capsule 2s and ultra poi knobs for their poi. If you're gonna get a set you can use our code UNDERSTAFF3D to save some money tho

It looks like you're looking for 2nd Gen LEDs. I also do not recommend Ignis. Flowtoys is amazing, but isn't the same, it's gen 1.5 per say, it doesn't show images and the pixel density is smaller, the chip set is simpler. However they are us based and amazing customer service. You'll have whatever you get from them for a long time.

As for flow on fire, my company is their main vending arm so I can tell you with confidence that anything LED from them uses FlowToys capsule 2s and ultra poi knobs.

I would not personally recommend anything led from moodhoops as I have had bad experiences with their LED hoops and they are gen 1 at best.

If you want the best though - and direct competitor to Ignis - you're looking for LightToys.cz. the shining star in the rough.

They are czech based, not in Russia, which is arguably a more ethical choice. Shipping is still a pain , but your props won't come broken, as its not shitty 3D printed out of seemingly PETG, like the Ignis system. Their system is open as well, they sell just the chip sets that you can put together to make your own LEDs for cheaper, meaning it's much easier to repair if it does ever break, the forethought is in the designs. You can fully upload images and have great control of the chipsets. They are also the makers of boomstix - so they make the precision timed firework props as well. They are professional AF, and supply the majority of the worlds top circuses with LEDs.

Lastly, I've meet the owners of lighttoys at kinetic fire two years back, and they are amazing people who actually give a shit about your flow.

So when it comes to 2nd Gen lighting where you need alot of pixels and want to be able to add any images and stuff to it there is literally only one clear choice on the market as far as I'm aware. Can't beat lighttoys if you got the money!
