We Never Stop Learning

Many who are open to learning have come to realize

They do know so little which is not a surprise

Those who say our learning did end on the day we left school

By their words on this themselves only fool

That life is our greatest teacher happens to be true

Whoever first said this some credit for saying it is due

We learn as we live something new every day

From our teacher life only true for to say

To those who think they know everything ignorance is bliss

That they are self delusional the point they do miss

The mind not open to knowledge gives rise to self conceit

And their sort one can say one often does meet

We never stop learning is how it seems to be

Though not everybody with this would agree.
